Instalments are dead. Long live instalments!
We are changing the way we offer the instalment option.
For a few years, we have offered the option for members with bills of more than £400 to pay by instalment and this has increased in popularity each year with more than 50 members using this facility currently. Whilst we use features of the Club V1 system to help manage it, there is still a considerable administrative burden with handling wrong amounts and late payments. We have therefore withdrawn our previous scheme and replaced it with something better!

When you view your membership bill in the ClubV1 Members Hub (using your mobile app or using a browser) you will see a new “HowDoiPay Later” button where you can see options for spreading your payments for any bills of more than £250. Rather than the asymmetric scheme we have had, you can choose to pay the same amount each month over a different number of months (6, 10 and 12 are the norm). There is a quick application and approval step and, assuming the application is accepted, your payments will be handled by a 3rd party finance company. A commercial rate of interest is charged, but there is no administration fee.

**This does not affect anyone already paying by instalment under the old scheme for the remainder of your membership year but will be available upon renewal.**
