Preferred Lies
The rule allowing preferred Lies for a ball on the fairway will be in place from today (7th October) until further notice.
The original position must be marked before lifting. The ball may then be cleaned and replaced (just once) within 6 inches (15cm) of and not nearer the hole than the original spot.Hint: our scorecards are 16cm (6.5ins) long)
