Dear Members,

Over recent weekends we have noticed an increase in tee times being booked using either the “Member’s Guest” or “Reserved By” options. This has resulted in tee times appearing fully booked, while in reality some spaces are still available. Unfortunately, this has meant that a number of members have been unable to secure a tee time during the main playing periods on Saturday and Sunday, which has caused understandable frustration.

To help ensure fairness and access for everyone, we kindly ask that all members’ names are entered when booking weekend tee times. If you intend to play alone, please be aware that during the current restricted daylight hours, single-player bookings significantly reduce the number of available rounds that can be accommodated in a day.

We respectfully ask all members to consider others who are also keen to play, particularly at peak times. By filling tee times accurately and adding the correct names, we can maximise opportunities and ensure as many members as possible are able to enjoy the course.
