Clarity on Texas scramble booking
I received some comments on this over the weekend so I'll try to clarify the points received.
(1) If it is an "Invitational" I will always include this word in the title
(2) Some members have Bathgate as their second club so I have to tick the "allow visitors" box when setting the competition up. Failure to do so would mean these members would not be able to book. This is the same procedure for every club competition during the season
(3) I believe we have to allow 4 hours for a Texas Scramble to complete. I look at the sunset time and work 4 hours back from that point. If some members wish to play after the official end time then that's ok but if they are unable to finish due to poor light then that's unfortunate.
