New Club V1/HowDidiDo App - Release Date Monday 12th January
Our software supplier, Club Systems, has informed us that on Monday 12th January, they will be launching a brand new HowDidiDo platform.
The new platform will combine all the features within the Club V1 Members Hub and the current HowDidiDo into one brand new platform.
From Monday 12th January, you will be able to download the new HowDidiDo app. Once you have downloaded the app, you will be asked to enter your email address. This has to be the email address that you have registered with the club. For the avoidance of doubt, yours is [[Email]]. HowDidiDo will then send you an OTP (One Time Passcode), which you will need to enter. HowDidiDo will then link to any and all clubs that you are a member of using that email address.
HowDidiDo can be accessed via www.howdidido.com or via a downloadable app from your app store.
Access via the website remains completely free of charge. The club has taken the decision to pre-purchase the new app for all members and, as a result of this, the app will no longer contain any 3rd party advertising from HowDidiDo. Note - if you are a member of another club, who has not pre-purchased the app on your behalf, you will be asked to pay either £2.99 or £9.99 to link to that club.

Once you have successfully linked to the club, you are free to use the app as you wish and you may delete the old HowDidiDo and the Club V1 Members' Hub (if you wish to).
If you have any problems registering for the new app, please contact the club and we can then contact Club Systems. We are informed that during the testing of the new app, there have been no problems with linking to clubs, so fingers crossed it should be straightforward. Remember, you will only be able to link from Monday 12th January, once the app is officially launched.
