Dear Members,

Earlier this year, our Club Manager, Stuart McDonald, informed the Council of his intention to retire later this year. This decision was shared with us prior to his recent illness, and the two matters are entirely unrelated.

His early notice has been greatly appreciated, as it has allowed Council the time to consider the implications carefully and prepare a detailed job specification for his successor. With this groundwork now complete, we are ready to begin the recruitment process.

Our aim is to appoint a new Club Manager as soon as possible, enabling a substantial handover period and ensuring a smooth and well managed transition.
