Easter Egg Scramble
Vice Captain leads the way
Thank you to the 24 members that joined in the Easter Egg scramble.
We raised £208 for the captains charities and everyone had tales of laughter. In my team laughter was top of the agenda as with not a single birdie (a first for a scramble I believe) we feared last place and that fear came true ?? Marky - I now feel your pain ????
However there were some fine performances from other teams and the winners were five points clear with 9 birdies! They were Nick Simmonds, Max Eddis, Shyam Kareer and Janet Smith.
In second place were Gordon Bartlett, Mick Somerville, Katy Downs and Glen Lewis.
The 4 ball to Datchet was won by Heather (ticket picked out by Nick ??)
