Greenkeeping Facilities Update
We would like to invite all members to attend an important club update meeting on Friday 24th April at 3:00pm.

This session will outline the current condition of our greenkeeping facilities and present a clear, member-focused proposal for their renewal. As many of you will be aware, these facilities play a vital role in maintaining the quality of our course and supporting the team who prepare it each day.

During the meeting, we will cover:

- The challenges our greenkeeping team currently faces, including space limitations and ageing infrastructure

- The risks associated with the existing buildings, including structural, storage and welfare issues

- A vision for modern, efficient facilities that support long-term course quality

- An overview of the proposed design and what improved facilities would look like in practice

- A high-level project timeline and how the works could be delivered

- The anticipated benefits for members, including improved course conditions and long-term cost efficiencies

- Key considerations around funding, planning, and next steps

This is an opportunity for members to gain a full understanding of the proposal, ask questions, and provide valuable feedback before any formal decisions are made.
