We wanted to provide an update on the ongoing issues with HowDidIDo.

For the time being, please enter your scores for all competition and general play rounds using the PSI machine in the media room. This will help us work around some of the current problems.

We continue to chase HowDidIDo for updates and resolutions to the issues many of you have experienced. We share the frustration of many members, particularly with the lack of clear communication and what appears to be a reluctance to fully acknowledge the extent of the current issues.

We have also contacted England Golf regarding the app’s syncing problems with WHS and are currently awaiting their response.

In the meantime, if you encounter any issues, please continue sending me as much information as possible — screenshots are particularly helpful in helping us report problems accurately.
