As the subscription payment deadline has now passed, I would firstly like to thank all those members who either paid their annual subscription in full or entered into a Direct Debit agreement by the due date. Your prompt support is greatly appreciated and assists the Club in planning for the year ahead.
As previously advised, all members who met the deadline have now been entered onto the list to receive four guest green fees, each entitling them to 50% off the standard guest rate. The list of qualifying members is now with the Pro Shop staff
If you have not yet renewed your membership, this email serves as a gentle reminder that your subscription is now overdue. We would be grateful if you could arrange payment as soon as possible to ensure there is no interruption to your membership privileges.
Please note that, in accordance with Club policy, members with outstanding subscriptions may shortly have restrictions applied to their tee booking, competition entry and bar discount until their account has been brought up to date.
If, however, you have decided not to renew your membership this year, we would be grateful if you could let the office know at your earliest convenience. This will enable us to update our records accordingly and avoid sending you any further renewal reminders.
