In the Division One competition Ian Stewart took the first spot with a two shot victory over Stephen Barkey. Stephen B edging out Stephen William Forrest on a card countback. Ian going out in 39 and returning in a fine one under par 34 helped with a birdie on hole 17. Stephen was out in 40 before also returning in a fine one under 34 with birdies at 10 & 17. Ian won £14.95 for first place in the sweep and Stephen picked up £8.05 for second spot. Division 2 was a tight affair which saw John Daniel Brett take top spot in a card play-off with Andrew McLaren. John was out in 44 before returning in 40 for gross 84 net 69 helped along with a birdie at 17. Andrew was out in 40 before returning in 39 for 79 gross, net 69 carding six net birdies on the way. John won £36.40 for first place and Andrew won £19.60 for second spot. Div. 2 Countback details for 1st place were. John went out in 41 and returned in 45 with 8 net birdies. David went out in 43 before returning in 46 with 2 net birdies and 2 net eagles one of which was a two at the 15th on his card. John won £20.80 for first place in the sweep and David picked up £11.20. Five players managed to record a birdie on the 15th hole and each take home £17.76 in the 2’s sweep.
