The Annual General Meeting will take place at 18.30 on SUNDAY 8th NOVEMBER 2026 at The Waterman’s Arms, Brocas Street, Eton - Parking is available in the Meadow Lane Car Park. Feel free to come along early, get a drink and catch up with friends. NOTE: From 5pm committee members will be at the Waterman’s if you need any help with technology. The meeting will start promptly at 18.30 and announcements and presentation of trophies and prizes will take place (so if you have won a monthly competitions or knockout come along and revel in the glory). The Committee for 2027 will be confirmed; most of the roles on the committee are voted in each year and members are welcome to put their names forward if they are interested, for more information please email Katy using secretary.ecgc@gmail.com or see the list on the notice board as you enter the clubhouse. Members who wish to raise items for discussion at the meeting should submit them to the Secretary in writing by email (secretary.ecgc@gmail.com) or post (43, Clarence Road, Windsor, SL4 5AX) to arrive no later than Sunday 1st November 2026. Any issues that have been raised by club members will be discussed and will potentially go to a club vote, so be sure to come along and have your say.
