Big thanks to the ladies that took part in the Ladies Championship Medal on the 3rd August.
I think we can all agree that the course conditions were extremely difficult, given the hard ground, difficult pin positions and a gusting north easterly wind, as well as negotiating the watering on the course!
However, we persevered and whilst the scoring would not light up the scoreboards we all managed to finish albeit somewhat a bit battered and hearts bruised by the 6th hole, watching your ball come back down the hill after several attempts ?? It tested our mettle for sure!!
Congratulations to Helen for best handicap score (with 4 pars) and Cathy for best scratch score.
